BGA's Mandarin Language Program: How To Apply To Study Mandarin

  • Please note that all applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment in Beijing.
  • All students need to be in possession of a valid passport at the time of application.
  • If two people apply together the marketing costs per student is lowered, for this reason we offer a reduction of 5% for every group application. If more than four people apply together this discount is increased to 10%.

Step 1: Application

The first step is to fill in this application form.

Within one working day students are assigned an application officer whom will contact them to confirm the details of their applications and answer any questions.

Step 2: Registration

Students then pay the application fee of 300 RMB (this fee is waived if you apply more than 12 weeks before your starting date). At this time students also pay a security deposit of 15%.

Step 3: Finished!

The application officer will remain available to answer any questions you may have and take down your flight details.

Step 4: Arrival

When your plane lands in China you will be met by a member of the student support team and be given a lift to your new home in Beijing's city center.

Within 5 days of your arrival in China you should present the local administrative staff with a transfer receipt from your bank of the remaining 85% of the total course payment.
